3. After communicating with the school, prepare the materials needed for the job fair, such as posters, recruitment brochures, manuals, gifts, PPT demonstrations, etc. Generally, schools will post your company's recruitment needs on the employment website in advance, and you can also go to school to put up posters in advance.

4. Go to the school to hold a job fair according to the specified time: preach, answer questions, receive resumes, one side and two sides. . . It depends on how you arrange it yourself.
