At the expiration of the cooperation period, the original part invested by both parties shall be owned by themselves, and the part invested by both parties during the cooperation period shall be distributed according to the proportion of rights and interests.

Fujian Sanhua Co., Ltd. is responsible for: managing according to law, working out the school development plan, education and teaching plan together with Huaqiao Middle School, verifying the establishment of teaching staff, quota and salary standard, auditing funds, budget and final accounts, and organizing the board members to supervise the school work; Provide schools with school buildings and existing facilities and equipment for teaching in Sanhua junior high school.

Fuqing Huaqiao Middle School is responsible for: according to the school's work plan, carrying out education and teaching research and putting forward reform opinions and suggestions; Responsible for teacher training, and assign at least one backbone teacher in each subject to guide teaching in Yurong junior high school.
