Hanhuang Railway is a joint venture railway jointly invested and constructed by Hebei Province and China Railway Corporation. It is operated and managed by the Beijing Railway Bureau.

The Handan-Huanghua Railway, that is, the Handan (Xingtai) to Huanghua Port Railway, is a national railway Class I line. It is planned to start from Handan and pass through Xingtai, Hengshui, Cangzhou to Huanghua Port Area. It is mainly for freight. A regional trunk railway that also serves as a passenger transport service.
