What is the interview of Three Gorges Group for?

I'm a graduate student and I just had an interview a few days ago. Two rounds: In the first round, two examiners and five interviewers sit in a row. The examiner only asked the same question. What did the graduate students do? They answered one by one, and there was a little communication, basically not much. The second round of 8 examiners and 5 interviewers, the same question, hehe.
