Why doesn't Hefei Science and Technology Rural Commercial Bank recruit people together with the credit cooperatives?

Hefei Science and Technology Rural Cooperative Bank belongs to Anhui Rural Credit Cooperative System. Please refer to the notice of the local credit union for specific recruitment. At present, rural credit cooperatives are all carried out on a regional basis. The agricultural banks in Hefei are all in Hefei. I checked their recruitment last year and failed to pass the unified recruitment of rural credit cooperatives in January. This still depends on how the unit arranges. Hefei Science and Technology Rural Commercial Bank is the first joint-stock commercial bank that was reformed from rural credit cooperatives in provincial capital cities with the approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission. Hefei Science and Technology Rural Commercial Bank was restructured on the basis of the original Hefei Urban Rural Credit Cooperative Association, and its history can be traced back to the early stage of China rural cooperative movement in 1950s, with a glorious history of more than 50 years. After the long-term development and unremitting efforts of several generations of rural credit cooperatives, under the correct leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, with the care and support of Anhui Banking Regulatory Bureau, Hefei Central Branch of the People's Bank of China, Anhui Agricultural Association and all walks of life, Hefei Science and Technology Rural Commercial Bank was formally established on February 14, 2007, becoming the first rural commercial bank in China's capital city.
