Testing institutions shall, in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Highway and Waterway Engineering Testing of the Ministry of Communications and relevant regulations, recruit corresponding professional testing engineers and testing personnel, build a testing room that meets the testing requirements, equip testing equipment according to the application parameters, fill out the Application Form for Testing Grade Evaluation of Highway and Waterway Engineering as required, and report it to the quality supervision institution for review. The application materials include:

1, application for rating of highway and waterway engineering test and testing institutions;

2. The original and photocopy of the applicant's legal person certificate;

3, through the measurement certification, it shall submit the original and a copy of the measurement certification certificate;

4, testing personnel examination certificate and employment (employment) certificate and a copy of the original;

5. Declare typical reports (including simulation reports) and performance certificates of test items;
