Is teacher Nenjiang Tegang well treated?

The employed personnel sign the employment contract with the recruitment school, which accounts for the establishment of the recruitment school and enjoys the same treatment as the existing formal employees of the recruitment school (the minimum service life in Nenjiang County is not less than 5 years).

(1) All counties (cities) and schools should provide special post teachers with the required turnover rooms to facilitate their work and life.

(2) The implementation of the "Special Post Plan" can be combined with the "Rural School Education Master Teacher Training Plan". Special post teachers who meet the corresponding conditions can be recommended to study for a master's degree in education without examination according to regulations. The three-year employment period of special post teachers is regarded as the three-year grass-roots teaching practice required by the "Training Plan for Master of Education Teachers in Rural Schools".

(III) After the end of the three-year employment period, special post teachers who pass the examination and voluntarily stay in local schools shall be audited by the education administrative department of the county-level government and approved by the personnel administrative department of the county-level government. The education administrative department at the county level shall go through the examination and approval procedures for the employment of personnel in public institutions and the preparation of salary funds in accordance with relevant regulations, and report to the personnel and education administrative departments of provinces, cities (states) for the record. At the same time, their salary payment shall be included in the scope of local financial burden to ensure that they can enjoy the treatment of local teachers.

(4) When the vacancies of teachers in cities, counties (cities, districts) and township schools need to be supplemented, special post teachers who have expired and passed the examination will be given priority.
