Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to correctly evaluate the moral and political integrity and work performance of college graduates who work in villages (hereinafter referred to as "village officials") and standardize the assessment of college students as "village officials", according to the Opinions on Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for Selecting and Appointing College Graduates to Work in Villages (Group Tong Zi [2009] No.21) and the Administrative Measures for Selecting and Appointing College Graduates to Work in Villages (Su Group).
Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the employment assessment of college students "village officials" organized by the Provincial Employment Leading Group. The assessment of selecting college students as "village officials" in each city shall be implemented with reference to these measures.
Article 3 The assessment of college students as "village officials" shall adhere to the principles of objectivity and fairness, paying attention to achievements, adopting the methods of combining leaders with the masses, combining peacetime with peacetime, and combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed conditions, standards and procedures.
Chapter II Evaluation Contents and Standards

(4) Being able to complete his own work and achieve certain work performance;
(5) Strong organizational discipline, honesty and self-discipline.
Ninth college students "village officials" in any of the following circumstances, should be determined as the basic qualified order:
(a) have a certain ideological and political quality;
(2) basically adapt to rural grass-roots work;
(three) in the village (community) working time in more than two thirds, have a certain sense of responsibility;
(four) can basically complete their jobs, no major mistakes;
(5) Having certain organizational discipline and no dishonesty.
Tenth college students "village officials" in any of the following circumstances, should be determined as unqualified:
(1) Poor ideological and political quality;
(two) the ability to work can not meet the requirements of rural grassroots work;
(three) basically not working in the village (community), with poor sense of responsibility or work style;
(four) unable to complete the task, or in the work due to serious mistakes, dereliction of duty caused great losses or adverse social impact;

Eleventh college students "village officials" annual assessment and employment assessment excellent grades, generally in the county (city, district) to participate in the assessment of the total number of college students "village officials" within 15%. Chapter III Examination Procedures and Methods

Fourteenth annual assessment according to the following procedures:

Article 16 After the annual assessment and employment assessment, the municipal organization and personnel department shall summarize the assessment work in a timely manner, and report the summary of the assessment work and the record of the assessment results to the office of the leading group for selecting and appointing college graduates to serve in the village.
Chapter IV Use of Evaluation Results

Chapter V Related Matters

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
