Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to standardize the enrollment work of our college in 2020, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the college and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment work.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 4 The enrollment work of the College shall be carried out under the leadership and supervision of the Party committee and administration of the College. Set up a leading group for enrollment work headed by the dean of the college, fully implement the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment departments of relevant provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), study and formulate detailed rules for enrollment work of the college, and guide and supervise the specific implementation of enrollment work.

Article 5 The Admissions and Employment Office is the executive body of the College Admissions Leading Group. Its main responsibilities are to formulate enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and carry out enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time higher vocational (junior college) enrollment according to the College Admissions Charter and detailed implementation rules.

Article 6 The College shall set up an enrollment supervision working group to supervise the enrollment work in the whole process. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.

Chapter IV Registration Conditions

Article 7 The registration conditions shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Guizhou Provincial Admissions Committee, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and the Guizhou Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.

Chapter V Enrollment Plan

Article 12 Scholarships

1. National scholarship: 8000 yuan/student/year;

Thirteenth student loans: students with financial difficulties can apply for student-origin student loans from the student financial assistance management center where their students come from, so as to help students solve the tuition and accommodation expenses during their stay at school. The loan interest of students during their study in school is repaid by the state finance, and the loan interest and principal after graduation are repaid by students themselves.

Chapter VIII Graduation Certificate

Fourteenth students who have completed the contents stipulated in the teaching plan within the specified years and met the graduation requirements will be awarded the graduation certificate of Guizhou Agricultural Vocational College, which is recognized by the state and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education.

Chapter IX If the Articles of Association conflict with the national laws, regulations, rules, norms and relevant policies, the national laws, regulations, rules, norms and relevant policies shall prevail.
