Second, labor is also sold as a commodity. When there is a shortage of labor, workers will have more initiative in choosing factories. In everyone's consciousness, factories are generally critical of workers when recruiting people, requiring age, skills and so on. But now, if the labor shortage makes manufacturers passive, it will become a large number of recruitment, but the number of workers is limited, so workers have a certain right to choose which bosses will give them better treatment. I won't be in a hurry to settle down and worry that I can't find a job.

Third, many married workers have returned to their hometowns and no longer go out to work. There are many young girls and boys in the factory. When they get married, the family asks them to get married early. Generally, after marriage, I will not go to Guangzhou, which is far from my hometown, but look for a job near my home. After all, they are married, not single, which will also lead to a large number of workers.
