Due to the needs of work, according to the Regulations on the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Jiangsu Province and the Measures for the Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Jiangsu Province, Yangzhou Public Security Organs openly recruited 47 police auxiliary personnel (hereinafter referred to as "auxiliary police").

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Specific matters

I. Basic requirements

Applicants should meet the specific conditions for applying for the corresponding positions and meet the following basic requirements.

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Support the Constitution, the leadership of China's * * * production party and the socialist system;

2. The age is between 18 years old and 35 years old (born between February 16, 2005 and February 7, 988), and special posts can be appropriately relaxed (see annex 1 Summary of Post Conditions for Public Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel by Yangzhou Public Security Organs for details);

3. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

4. Have the physical condition, psychological quality and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;

5 other conditions stipulated by the state, province and city;

6. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

(1) has been investigated for criminal responsibility or the case of suspected crime has not been closed;

(two) administrative detention, judicial custody;

(3) Being dismissed, dismissed or rescinded due to violation of laws and regulations;

(4) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;

(5) Leaving without authorization before the expiration of the contract period;

(six) other circumstances stipulated by the state, province and city that are not suitable for police auxiliary work.

(2) Avoid:

Spouses, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives and close in-laws of police officers and employees of public security organs shall not apply for positions in the same department as police officers and employees, or positions that are directly managed and have direct interests.

(three) under the same conditions, give priority to the following personnel:

Martyrs who died in the line of duty, spouses and children of people's police, retired soldiers, courageous people, public security or political and legal college graduates.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

This open recruitment is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau and relevant sub-bureaus.

Recruitment work is generally carried out in accordance with the procedures of registration and qualification examination, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.

In the recruitment process, the relevant work arrangements will be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation, and the applicants will be asked to understand, support and cooperate.

The specific arrangements are as follows:

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: February 7 to February 2023 16.

2. Registration method:

This recruitment takes the form of on-site registration. Applicants should bring their own application materials and attend the registration at the designated place according to the position they apply for (see Annex 1 Brief Introduction Form for details). No one else may register on their behalf.

3. Application materials:

(1) Application Form for Public Recruitment of Auxiliary Police by Yangzhou Public Security Organs (Annex 2);

(2) My ID card (within the validity period) and its front and back copies 1 copy;

(3) The original and photocopy of the household registration book 1 copy;

(4) Original and photocopy of academic certificate (degree certificate, graduation certificate, etc.). ) 1 copy;

(5) Two recent 2-inch color bareheaded photos (ID photos);

(6) Original and photocopy of certification materials (demobilization certificate or discharge certificate, etc.). ) Veterans provide 1 copy;

4. Applicants are not allowed to apply for two positions at the same time, and the public security organ will do a good job in qualification examination.

Those who pass the examination are deemed to have successfully registered, and the public security organ will notify them by phone or SMS.

(2) Examination

Those who pass the qualification examination enter the examination procedure, including written examination and interview, and some positions need physical fitness assessment. The specific time, place and related requirements will be notified separately.

1. written test.

The written examination is conducted in the form of closed-book examination, with a percentage system.

The written test mainly examines laws and regulations, current affairs and politics, civic morality, basic theory of public affairs, administrative professional ability and related professional knowledge.

2. Interview.

The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive qualities such as language expression, communication ability, adaptability and job matching, and uses a hundred-point system to score.

3. Physical fitness assessment.

Those who apply for service-oriented police auxiliary positions need to make two physical fitness assessments: standing long jump and 10 m× 4 round-trip running (see annex 1 Brief Introduction for specific positions).

Physical fitness assessment adopts the standard system, and only when the assessment reaches the standard can we enter the next recruitment process.

The physical fitness assessment standard (Annex 3) shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional).

4. Calculation method of total score:

(1) Calculate the total score according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and interview scores accounting for 60%;

(2) The written test and interview results shall be kept at two decimal places, and the third decimal place shall be rounded off.

(3) Physical examination

1. According to the total test scores of the applicants and the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1 1, the medical examiners are determined from high score to low score. When tied with the last place, the medical examiner is determined from high score to low score.

2. The medical examination standard shall be implemented according to the newly revised General Standard for Civil Servant Employment Medical Examination (Trial) and Special Standard for Civil Servant Employment Medical Examination (Trial).

"Post conditions" has special provisions on physical indicators, from its provisions.

3. The medical expenses shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(4) Investigation

Organize the inspection of qualified medical personnel, with reference to the "Measures for the Political Examination of the People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs" and other relevant provisions.

Mainly examine the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, etc., and verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications, whether the application materials provided are true and accurate, and whether there is any situation of avoiding the application.

Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified.

Physical examination, inspection and other specific time, place and related requirements will be notified separately.

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection shall be identified as the persons to be employed according to relevant regulations and publicized for a period of 5 days.

(6) Employment

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, it will be hired and a labor contract will be signed according to the regulations, and the probation period will be implemented according to the regulations.

In the physical examination, inspection, publicity, recruitment and other links, if there are vacancies in recruitment due to reasons such as abandoning the exam or unqualified candidates, they will be filled in order of the total score of the exam from high to low.
