Specific matters
I. Basic requirements
Applicants should meet the specific conditions for applying for the corresponding positions and meet the following basic requirements.
(1) Basic conditions:

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
This open recruitment is organized and implemented by the Municipal Public Security Bureau and relevant sub-bureaus.
Recruitment work is generally carried out in accordance with the procedures of registration and qualification examination, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.

3. Application materials:

(2) Examination
Those who pass the qualification examination enter the examination procedure, including written examination and interview, and some positions need physical fitness assessment. The specific time, place and related requirements will be notified separately.

The written examination is conducted in the form of closed-book examination, with a percentage system.
The written test mainly examines laws and regulations, current affairs and politics, civic morality, basic theory of public affairs, administrative professional ability and related professional knowledge.
2. Interview.
The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive qualities such as language expression, communication ability, adaptability and job matching, and uses a hundred-point system to score.
3. Physical fitness assessment.
Those who apply for service-oriented police auxiliary positions need to make two physical fitness assessments: standing long jump and 10 m× 4 round-trip running (see annex 1 Brief Introduction for specific positions).
Physical fitness assessment adopts the standard system, and only when the assessment reaches the standard can we enter the next recruitment process.
The physical fitness assessment standard (Annex 3) shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional).
4. Calculation method of total score:
(1) Calculate the total score according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and interview scores accounting for 60%;
(2) The written test and interview results shall be kept at two decimal places, and the third decimal place shall be rounded off.
(3) Physical examination
1. According to the total test scores of the applicants and the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1 1, the medical examiners are determined from high score to low score. When tied with the last place, the medical examiner is determined from high score to low score.
2. The medical examination standard shall be implemented according to the newly revised General Standard for Civil Servant Employment Medical Examination (Trial) and Special Standard for Civil Servant Employment Medical Examination (Trial).

(4) Investigation

(5) Publicity
