Has anyone had any weird interviews?
Many people have encountered the following weird requirements during the job search process:
1. Not through formal channels
Recruiters are recruited by the unit It is an important task and an important part of the corporate image. Generally, units attach great importance to this task and will send dedicated personnel to recruit through formal channels. However, when recruiting, some companies focus on packaging their units, exaggerate the facts, and seduce college students with their company's brand names, honors, benefits, and development prospects. Once college students are lured into the trap, their faces will suddenly change, and they will look like "I am a gangster. Who am I afraid of?" Posture.
2. Saying that the salary is high, but you have to pay first
Mainly manifested in the recruitment unit’s aggressive false propaganda, false promises, and enthusiastic hypocrisy. Gain the trust and high expectations of college students, and then put forward harsh conditions in the agreement to hide various illegal purposes. They attempt to use the guise of high salary packages to defraud graduates of their so-called deposits, training fees, clothing fees, etc.
3. I want you to introduce others to join
Some students got involved in illegal pyramid schemes because of being deceived, and regretted it in the end.
4. Not signing an employment agreement
The employment agreement is the basis for conveying graduates’ personnel relationships, and the handling of these relationships involves the vital interests of graduates. Therefore, if the unit does not sign an employment agreement with the graduates, it will be detrimental to the graduates' work, life, and career development.
5. Retaining talents in violation of laws and regulations
In order to retain talents, some students withhold their household registrations and documents, making it difficult for them to leave. Some force college students to sign "prostitution contracts", so that college students will live as the people of the unit and die as the ghosts of the unit. Some use both soft and hard tactics. On the one hand, they write blank promises, and on the other hand, they force students to work, forcing college students to gradually accept unfair and unreasonable reality. The other type is deception, which makes college students fall into high-paying traps, training traps, intermediary traps, or even trick college students into buying shares, promotions, pyramid schemes, etc. Some employers also set up agreement traps, contract traps or probation periods for college students. Traps make college students feel unable to stop and have no way to seek help.
6. Do not write the commitment into the contract
The employer does not have to bear the obligation to perform the content in the recruitment. As a graduate, if the person you want to recruit fulfills the promises in the recruitment advertisement, it is best to write these promises into the terms of the labor contract between both parties, and the binding force of labor law will urge the employer to fulfill its promises to the graduates.
