2. Because the wages of maintenance workers in our department are low this year, we can't compare with other departments in our unit in management. During these months' work, I also have many shortcomings: because I was divorced from the reality when choosing resistant varieties for this site, I just followed the steps in the textbook, and I didn't do my duty when maintaining these vegetation, which led to the death of a large number of plants with medicinal dust and gas varieties, causing certain losses.
