Registration is through on-site registration. The structured interview is organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and is worth 100 points. It mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability, verbal expression ability, behavior and appearance, etc.
Examination score = professional test score × 60% + structured interview score × 40%
(according to the rounding method, two digits will be retained after the decimal point).
Examination results will be announced on the spot. Those who score 60 points or above in the examination are considered qualified. Those whose scores do not reach 60 points shall not be determined as medical examiners. If the examiner evaluates the candidate's score below 60 points, he must explain the reasons in the score sheet. If the candidate's final score is below 60 points, he must form written materials and report them to the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for record.
