Second, the recruitment target and conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. Have good conduct and physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.

3. Have qualifications, majors, qualifications, professional (practicing) qualifications, skills and other conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment position.

4. 20 13 full-time college graduates and students with permanent residence in Linhai City.

The scope of household registration is relaxed for some positions, and fresh graduates of 20 13 full-time colleges and universities can also apply.

5. Applicants should fill in their personal information truthfully, completely and accurately according to the qualifications required for applying for positions and the process of online registration system, and at the same time choose the corresponding positions to register. Overdue, no longer accept the registration and registration. Each candidate is limited to one position. Those who only register and do not report their positions shall be deemed as invalid. During the registration period, applicants can change their positions.

The registration status will be announced on the online registration system on April 24th and 26th, ending at 24: 00 on April 23rd and 24: 00 on April 25th.

2. Preliminary qualification examination

Time: April 26th, 9: 00 2013—April 28th 17: 00.

The competent department (or recruitment unit) conducts online qualification examination for the positions finally selected by the candidates. If the preliminary examination fails, the reasons shall be explained. During the pre-qualification, the registration system is not open to applicants.

4. Download and print the registration form.

Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must download and print the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Linhai 20 13 Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form) and sign at the integrity statement of the registration form.

5. On-site payment confirmation

Time: May 2, 2065438+May 3, 2003.

Candidates who have passed the preliminary online qualification examination will bring the registration form, the original and copy of my ID card to Linhai City from May 2 to May 3 (8: 30 am-1:30 am and afternoon 14: 30- 16: 30 am).

6. Download and print the admission ticket.

Those who have confirmed the payment must log in to the online registration system and download and print the admission ticket within the specified time.

Fourth, the exam.

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and some positions are added with skill test. The job interview of teachers in the education system (including instructors) was changed to skill test and simulated class. Except for accounting, all positions in the health system only take written examinations and do not conduct interviews. The written test and structured interview are organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Professional interview, skill test and simulation class are organized by the competent department (or recruitment unit).

(1) Written examination

1. Written test subjects: For details, please refer to 20 13 List of Open Recruitment Staff in Linhai Public Institutions (attachment 1), in which the comprehensive basic knowledge includes writing, and the full score of each subject is 100.

2. The written test time is scheduled for May 25th, 20 13 (see the admission ticket for details). Candidates must take the examination at the time and place specified in the admission ticket with the valid admission ticket and my ID card. After the written test, the results will be announced in the sunshine recruitment column of Linhai institutions about 15 days.

(2) Interview (or skill test or simulation class)

Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, in which the positions of teachers (including instructors) in the education system are changed to simulated courses plus skill tests, all positions in the municipal funeral parlour are added with skill tests, and the information technology positions in the information center of the municipal party committee and municipal government are changed to professional interviews (see annex 1 for details). Full marks of structured interviews (or skill tests, simulation courses and professional interviews) are all 100, and 60 are qualified. Those who fail in the interview (or skill test, simulation class or professional interview) will not be included in the physical examination and inspection scope.

Only structured interview positions are set up. According to the comprehensive scores of written tests, the proportion of people in the recruitment plan is 1: 3. All positions in the city funeral home, according to the written test scores from high to low, take the skill test according to the ratio of 1: 3, and then participate in the structured interview. Teachers in the education system (including tutors) take the skill test according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score according to the written test results, and then take the simulation class. Information technology positions in the Information Center of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government shall participate in professional interviews according to the ratio of 1: 4 from high to low in comprehensive written test scores.

(3) Qualification examination and confirmation

Before the interview (skill test), the competent department (or recruiting unit) shall conduct on-site qualification examination and confirmation of the personnel who enter the interview (skill test) at the specified time and place.

For each post in the health system, the total score is calculated according to the professional written test results and the professional ability orientation test written test results. If the total score is equal, the professional written test score ranks first. The calculation method of total score is: total score = written professional score ×90%+ written professional aptitude test score × 10%. According to the total score from high to low, according to the recruitment plan number 1: 2 ratio to participate in the qualification review.

Specific measures: Candidates should provide the originals and photocopies of household registration book, ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, professional and technical post (occupation) qualification certificate, work experience certificate, labor contract and other relevant documents (certificates). According to the qualifications required for applying for the post, at the specified time and place; International students must also provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; 20 13 Full-time college graduates must also provide the National Employment Agreement for College Graduates issued by the Student Affairs Office of the Ministry of Education (universities outside the province can hold the Employment Agreement for College Graduates issued by the provincial education administrative department; College students "village officials" should provide the service years, assessment certificates and whether they are in service posts issued by the organization department of our city. If the number of qualified people in the first qualification confirmation does not reach the corresponding proportion of the planned number of positions to be recruited, they will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low.

If the documents (certificates) provided by the applicants are incomplete or inconsistent with the qualifications for applying for the exam and the contents of personal online registration, they will be deemed as not qualified for recruitment and will be disqualified from the interview (or simulation class or skill test). Those who fail to participate in the qualification confirmation at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for interview (or simulation class or skill test).

The competent department (or recruitment unit) is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates. The time and place of qualification review will be announced in the sunshine recruitment column of Linhai institutions.

Five, determine the physical examination and inspection personnel.

After the interview (or skill test or simulation class), calculate the total score according to the written test results and interview results (or skill test or simulation class). See annex 1 for the written test, interview (or simulation class) and skill test results of each post. The total score is calculated as follows:

(1) post of teacher (including tutor) in education system

Total score = (professional written test score ×70%+ professional aptitude test score ×30%)×30%+ simulation course score ×20%+ skill test score ×50%. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest skill test score ranks first.

(2) post of information center of municipal party committee and municipal government

Total score = (total written score ÷2)×40%+ professional interview score ×60%. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest score in the professional interview will be the first.

(3) City funeral home post

Total score = (total written score ÷2)×40%+ interview score ×30%+ skill test score ×30%. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score will be the first.

(4) Work of other institutions

Total score = (total written score ÷2)×50%+ interview score ×50%. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score will be the first.

The total score is calculated according to the percentage system, the score is reserved to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of each position, the physical examination and inspection personnel are determined according to the recruitment plan 1: 1.

All positions in the health system, except accounting, physical examination and inspection personnel are determined according to the ratio of total scores from high to low according to the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1.

Physical examination and examination of intransitive verbs

The physical examination shall be organized by the competent department (or employer) and conducted at the specified time and place. Physical examination has industry standards, according to industry standards; There is no industry standard, according to the current "general standard of civil service physical examination (Trial)". Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination.

Those who pass the physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the competent department (or recruitment unit), and the inspection standard shall be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation). The results of the investigation are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time.

Applicants who give up the physical examination, fail to pass the inspection or physical examination, and the conclusion of the inspection is not suitable for employment (recording) will be replenished according to the total score of the post examination from high to low.

Seven. Publicity and employment

After physical examination and investigation, the list of persons to be employed was publicized in the sunshine recruitment column of Linhai public institutions for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment (recording) after verification, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired (recorded); If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire (for the record) will be decided after investigation.

The employed personnel must report to the employing unit within the specified time, and if they fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons, or give up their employment (filing) qualifications before going through the employment (filing) procedures, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. 20 13 full-time college graduates go through the employment (admission) procedures with graduation (degree) certificates, and if they cannot obtain the required academic qualifications and degree certificates before September 30, 20 13, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. In the above situation, the recruiting unit proposed that with the consent of the competent department, the total score of the post examination should be replenished in turn from high score to low score.

According to the document No.82 [2008] of the Taiwan Government Office, when the personnel to be hired go through the employment procedures, those whose original household registration is in rural areas must be registered as non-agricultural registered permanent residence.

Eight, matters needing attention

1, age and work experience are calculated to 201April 22, 3. 3. Education major. Refers to the major corresponding to the academic certificate, and applicants who have obtained multiple academic certificates can only apply for one of them.

4. 5. In the scope, objects and conditions of recruitment, "applicants shall not apply for positions in which the staff of the recruiting unit have avoided the situations listed in Article 18 of the Measures for the Implementation of Open Recruiters in Taizhou Institutions." Refers to the applicants who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the responsible personnel of institutions, and are not allowed to apply for positions such as personnel, finance, discipline inspection and supervision among the responsible personnel of the unit, nor are they allowed to apply for positions that have direct leadership relations with the leaders of the unit.

6. Before the qualification re-examination, the staff of public institutions shall submit a written report to the unit or the competent department and obtain the certificate of consent to enter the examination. After obtaining the notice of the proposed employment (filing) of the institution, the relevant formalities shall be handled within the specified time. After failing to make a written report to the unit or the competent department as required, and obtaining the notice of the proposed employment (filing) of the institution, I will terminate the employment relationship through consultation with the unit, and then go through the employment (filing) formalities according to the specified time. If the employment relationship cannot be dissolved within the specified time and the employment (filing) procedures are handled, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

7. Applicants cannot register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. When taking the written test, you must bring the admission ticket and valid identity documents.
