The current employment channels are nothing more than school recommendations, introductions from acquaintances, campus and social job fairs, and talent or employment websites. However, the school recommends that only student cadres or those with outstanding achievements have the opportunity. Applications for civil servants are subject to restrictions on majors, interests, and party membership, which only apply to specific groups of people. For most people, websites and job fairs are the main employment channels, and they cannot meet the needs of most graduates.

4 My expectations are too high. There are some misunderstandings about college students' employment concepts. They all hope to find an employer with high income and good treatment, mainly in terms of salary, location, personal development opportunities, career requirements, etc. The employment mentality of college students of "If you can't succeed at a high level, you can't get a job at a low level" has also seriously affected the employment and career choices of college students.

5 School education is out of touch with the market. The first is that there is not enough emphasis on the all-round quality education and training of students. Due to the influence of various factors, my country's higher education reform lags behind social needs. Educational thoughts and concepts have not been updated in time, and they have no longer adapted to the requirements of modernization for talents. Secondly, the quality of students trained by colleges and universities is not high enough. Some graduates from school education are lacking in comprehensive abilities and business skills are not strong enough, making it difficult to skillfully apply the professional knowledge they have learned to actual work.
