In order to better select outstanding and suitable talents, enrich the staff of Yangzhou University and optimize the personnel structure, Yangzhou University (fully funded) decided to openly recruit staff for the society. According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

Second, registration.
(1) Registration method
Registration is done online. Registration, photo uploading, preliminary qualification examination and payment are all carried out simultaneously through the network.

4. The applicant submits the registration information online. After 24 hours of registration, you can go to the registration website to check whether you have passed the preliminary qualification examination. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the applicant will use the bank card with online payment function to pay the relevant fees online. After the payment is completed, the applicant is valid.
5. According to the Reply of Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance on Defining the Examination Fee Policy for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions (Su Jia Han Fei [2007]146), the written examination fee for applicants is RMB 100 per person.
6. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification online on time, upload photos and pay fees are deemed invalid.
(three) to receive the admission ticket
Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination will be notified by the recruiting unit to receive the admission ticket by SMS, telephone or email.
(4) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb.
The recruitment department conducts audit according to the information provided by the candidates. Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. The written test ratio is 1︰3. If the proportion of written examination is not reached, the recruitment position will be reduced or cancelled, and it will be published on the provincial human resources and social security website. Candidates who apply for cancelled positions can log on to the open recruitment platform of institutions in Jiangsu Province at 9: 00-/0/6: 00 on 20 15/October to fill in other qualified positions.
3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register. After passing the qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period. Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.
4. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Persons who have not been released from disciplinary punishment or are under disciplinary review, and persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of committing crimes are under investigation;
(3) The secretary of the person-in-charge of the unit or the recruiter for the post of personnel, finance, auditing and discipline inspection, and the applicant and the person-in-charge of the unit have a husband-and-wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship, and the applicant has the above relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, and has a direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship after taking up the post;

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
The examination methods are: written examination and interview.
(A) written content is professional knowledge related to work.
(2) The written test time is 2015 65438+1late October. The recruiting unit will inform the candidates to take the written test by SMS, telephone and email, and the candidates will take the written test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
(3) The total score of written test is 100, and the total score of test paper is 60, which is qualified. Among those who pass the written test, the interviewer shall be determined according to the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position 1: 3 in the order from high score to low score (if the number of people who pass the written test in this position is less than 3, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number). The written test results will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Yangzhou University, and candidates can check with the admission ticket.
(4) The list of interviewers is published on the website of the Personnel Department of Yangzhou University. Before the interview, the recruiting unit will check the original relevant materials of the candidates for qualification review.
(5) The interview shall be conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Yangzhou University. Candidates will be informed of the interview method by SMS, email, etc. The presiding judge shall notify the candidates of the interview results on the spot.
(6) The total interview score is 100, and the qualified line is 60.
(7) Use the percentage system to calculate the total score of candidates. The written test score accounts for 30%, and the interview score accounts for 70%, which is included in the final total score.
The recruitment plan will be completed within 60 working days.
Fourth, employment.
After the examination, the total score of candidates is determined according to the calculation method of total score, and the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, the one-time replacement personnel will participate in the medical examination.
The employing unit shall organize the examination of qualified personnel, and determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the results of the examination and physical examination. The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security and Personnel Department of Yangzhou University for 7 working days. The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, job title, name of the person to be employed, current work or study unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
For those who have no objection to the publicity, Yangzhou University will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them for a period of 3 years after being filed by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The probation period for the first employee is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 3 months. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be hired and graded. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
