Shenzhen Guangming District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has set up a selection committee to conduct preliminary qualification examination for candidates, mainly to pre-evaluate the matching degree between the candidates' ideological and political quality, work experience and work performance and the positions they have hired, and to communicate with the candidates themselves as needed during the examination. The preliminary qualification examination shall be conducted within 5 working days after the registration deadline, and the preliminary examination results shall be replied by phone or SMS. Those who pass the preliminary examination are determined to be candidates for written examination.
All materials provided by candidates must be true and cannot be falsified; In the review, if it is found that the applicants do not meet the employment conditions, their qualifications for registration or employment will be cancelled, and all losses caused to the applicants will be borne by me.

Our bureau will inform the staff to take the written test by SMS or telephone, and the number of people who enter the written test for each employment quota is not less than 2. If the number of people who enter the written test is less than 2, the written test will not be conducted and the selection will be terminated. The written test is an independent proposition and the question type is comprehensive writing. Examination time 120 minutes, total score 100 points. The passing line of written test score is 60 points. Those below the passing line will not participate in the interview. Members of the selection Committee of our bureau will serve as interviewers. If the number of interviewees is less than 2, the interview session will not be conducted and the selection will be terminated. The total interview score is 100, and the interview score is 70. Those below the passing line will not be hired. The written test score (50%) and the interview total score (50%) are added to get the total score, and the list of medical examination and qualification reexaminers is determined according to the ranking of the total score from high to low. Candidates who pass the examination shall be determined according to the number of recruits in each position from high score to low score.
(4) physical examination.
Candidates who have obtained the medical examination qualification shall, within 5 working days from the date of receiving the medical examination notice, choose any hospital in this city with Grade A and above qualifications for medical examination. Those who do not attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up automatically; Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired. If the candidates fail to pass the medical examination or give up the medical examination, they can fill the corresponding positions according to the interview situation. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and the expenses shall be borne by themselves.
(5) qualification examination.
Focus on the candidates' education, age, professional qualifications, etc. And guard against false academic qualifications, false ages and false resumes. Candidates who pass the physical examination fail to pass the qualification review or give up the qualification review, and their employment qualifications are cancelled.
(6) Publicity and employment.
Candidates who have passed the physical examination and qualification review, solicited opinions from relevant departments and raised no objection are identified as candidates to be hired, and will be publicized on the website of Guangming District Government of Shenzhen for not less than 5 working days. After the completion of the publicity, if there are no complaints or complaints that are untrue or verified through investigation, but it does not affect the employment, it is determined to be a candidate for employment; If the problems reflected in the investigation affect the employment, the employment qualification of the personnel to be employed will be cancelled, and our bureau can make up for them in turn according to the total score.
