According to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) and the Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Hunan Province (Ren Xiang Shefa [2065 438+09] 1), 36 municipal institutions, including Changde Civilized City Creation Center, plan to openly recruit 68 staff members of public institutions for social needs.

First, the recruitment principle

6. Other conditions required for the post.

(2) Specific conditions

For details, please refer to the Post Table of Centralized and Open Recruitment of Staff in Changde Public Institutions in 2023 (attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the Post Table).

These include:

1. Age requirement: 35 years old and below means 1 March, 988/day or later, and so on;

2. Education (degree) requirements: Applicants should have a nationally recognized education (degree) and obtain a diploma. Certificate of completion and certificate of completion do not meet the requirements.

If there is any doubt about the national education (degree), the result determined by the education administrative department at or above the city (state) shall prevail.

3. Professional requirements: The applicant's major should be filled in strictly according to the diploma.

If the major you have studied has been listed in the Catalogue of Professional Guidance for the Employment of Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023 (Annex 2), but it has not been listed in the professional requirements of the recruitment position, you will not meet the requirements for entering the examination; If the major studied is not listed in the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023, whether it meets the professional requirements of the recruitment position shall be proposed by the recruiting unit and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for confirmation.

(3) An applicant may not apply for registration under any of the following circumstances:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, and those who have been expelled from the Party or public office by China * * * Production Party;

6. Civil servants whose service period is not full (including staff of public institutions managed according to the Civil Service Law);

7. Laws, regulations and policies stipulate that people who are staff members of public institutions shall not be employed in other circumstances.

VI. On-site Qualification Examination

(a) on-site qualification examination object

According to the written test scores from high to low, the on-site qualification review object is determined according to the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions 1:2. Those with the same written test scores will participate in the qualification review.

For positions that have not formed competition in the interview, the interviewer's interview score shall not be less than 60 points.

Eight, score synthesis and ranking

Comprehensive score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.

If the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be sorted from high score to low score according to the written test scores. If the written test scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the total score without removing the highest score and the lowest score.

Test scores should be rounded to two decimal places.

Nine, physical examination

After the interview, the recruiting unit will determine the physical examination objects according to the recruitment plan and organize the physical examination.

The physical examination shall be conducted in a comprehensive public hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination hospital shall issue a physical examination conclusion.

Physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), No.26 [2020] issued by Hunan Anti-drug Commission and other documents, and hair detection is implemented.

If the heart rate, eyesight, hearing, blood pressure and other items of the recruiting unit or applicant fail to meet the medical examination standards, they shall undergo a medical examination again; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination standards, they will be re-examined on the spot.

The hospital re-examined on the same day and on the spot is the first physical examination hospital, and the re-examination time shall not exceed the same day 17:30.

Applicants who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may apply for re-examination to the competent department of the recruiting unit or the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination.

Re-inspection on the same day, on-site re-inspection and off-site re-inspection can only be conducted once, and the physical examination conclusion shall be subject to the re-inspection conclusion.

If the medical examination is not carried out as required, it will be regarded as giving up the medical examination.
