According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Ningbo", with the consent of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau (Local Taxation Bureau) decided to openly recruit eight staff members of subordinate institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Introduction of the Employer

Ningbo Municipal Finance Bureau (Local Taxation Bureau) Information Center and its subordinate Local Taxation Bureau Information Center are subordinate institutions of the Municipal Finance Bureau (Local Taxation Bureau), and the funds are in the form of full funding, mainly responsible for information construction, information project implementation and information management.

Second, the recruitment principles and methods

The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified examination and merit-based recruitment in accordance with the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity. Through written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, we will openly recruit staff for the society (Ningbo).

2. Preliminary qualification examination

4. Payment confirmation

Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination will log in to the "Examination Registration" on the homepage of China Ningbo Talent Network within the specified time to confirm the online payment and check whether it is completed. Those who fail to confirm the payment on time shall be deemed to have given up the application automatically. Written examination fee standard: 40 yuan/person (Zhejiang Caizong Zi [2007] No.2).

5. Download and print the admission ticket.

Time: from 0: 00 on August 24th to 24: 20 on August 26th11.

Those who have registered and confirmed the payment will log in to the "Examination Registration" on the homepage of China Ningbo Talent Network within the specified time, and download and print the admission ticket.

6. If the number of people who pass the qualification examination is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the number of recruits will be reduced or the recruitment will be cancelled.

(2) Examination

This open recruitment examination is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview.

1, written test

The written test content is computer-related professional knowledge and comprehensive knowledge. The professional knowledge and skills required for the main test positions are based on the percentage system.

The written test time is 20 1 1 on August 27th (subject to the test time on the admission ticket at that time). Candidates take the test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket with the admission ticket and valid identity documents.

The written test results and the list of interviewers are published online.

2. Qualification and interview

After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 2. The list of interviewers will be published on China Ningbo Talent Network (www.nbrc.com.cn) around September 7th.

Before the interview, all interviewers will bring relevant materials to Ningbo Finance Bureau (Local Taxation Bureau) Building (No.9 Zhongshan West Road 19, Haishu District) at 20 1 (9: 00 a.m. and 2: 30-5: 00 p.m.). (Relevant materials include: ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, professional qualification certificate, original and photocopy of household registration book, relevant work experience certificate, 1 recent bareheaded photo). If the second interview is qualified, an interview notice will be issued. If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the certificate (certificate) provided does not meet the qualification conditions for applying for the exam, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Vacant interview places will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low.

If the scores of the last written test who entered the interview in proportion are tied, all of them will enter the interview.

The interview was conducted in a structured way, with a score of 100, and those with a score below 60 were eliminated.

Candidates will attend the interview at the time and place specified in the interview notice with their ID cards and admission tickets.

If the interviewee fails to attend the interview at the specified time and place, it will be deemed as giving up the interview.

3. Achievements

The total score of the test is the sum of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score, and the full score is 100. Among those who pass the interview, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the high score and low score ratio of 1: 1. The total score is the same, sorted by written test results. Candidates can log on to China Ningbo Talent Network (www.nbrc.com.cn) around September 14 to inquire about the list of people participating in physical examination and assessment.

(3) Physical examination and evaluation

After downloading the physical examination notice on the Internet (or receiving the telephone notice), the participants will attend the physical examination at the designated place according to the required time, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the medical examination object. Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated. If the medical examination object fails to participate in the medical examination according to the specified time, place and requirements, it shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination.

After the physical examination, the recruiting unit will make a detailed assessment of the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the physical examination. Those who fail the exam will be eliminated.

If the candidate is not suitable for employment or the candidate gives up his employment qualification, the recruiting unit will decide supplementary matters as appropriate.

(4) Publicity and employment

The list of persons to be employed shall be submitted to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval by the competent department, and published on the website of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Ningbo Talent Online in China for seven working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the personnel relationship transfer formalities shall be handled and the employment contract shall be signed. Persons who belong to agricultural families and intend to be employed shall go through the formalities of transferring from rural areas to non-rural areas at the same time as going through the employment formalities. If the person to be hired fails to go through the formalities on time, it will be deemed as a waiver. When handling the personnel relationship transfer procedures, the files will still be reviewed. If it is found that the recruiter's file does not meet the application conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
