Fourth, physical examination requirements

1. On the day of physical examination, candidates are required to bring their ID card, written test admission ticket and 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded color ID photo.

2. Please arrange your itinerary reasonably and be sure to arrive at the physical examination hospital before 7: 40 on the day of physical examination. Candidates who fail to attend the medical examination according to the prescribed time are deemed to have given up automatically.

3. Candidates are requested to keep communication open, and the staff will notify the medical examination hospital by SMS at 7: 00 am on the day of medical examination.

Please pay attention to rest before physical examination, ensure adequate sleep, have a light diet, do not eat greasy and indigestible food, do not drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise. On the day of physical examination, blood samples were taken on an empty stomach (fasting and water prohibition) and examined by B-ultrasound.

Please don't wear contact lenses on the day of physical examination, and please wear glasses for nearsighted people.

6. On the day of physical examination, all physical examination items must be completed as required, and the absence of the examination is regarded as automatic abandonment.

If there are serious violations of discipline and discipline such as colluding with staff to cheat or asking others to replace physical examination, exchange and replacement of laboratory samples, the recruitment agency or the competent department of civil servants will give it a refusal, which will be recorded in the integrity file of civil servants' examination and employment, and the retention period will be five years.

8. According to the relevant regulations of civil servants' physical examination, if the items such as heart rate, vision, hearing and blood pressure fail to meet the physical examination standards, re-examination will be arranged on the same day. Marginal heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur, frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) and other items fail to meet the physical examination standards, and re-examination will be arranged on the spot. 9. Candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination.
