Introduction of Yangquan TV Station

Yangquan City is the political, economic and cultural center in the east of Shanxi Province, with a geographical area of more than 4,400 square kilometers and a population of 6,543.8+0,340. It governs two counties and three districts and is the largest anthracite base in China. Yangquan Radio and Television Headquarters Building covers an area of nearly 24 mu, with a total construction area of nearly 20,000 square meters, a building height of 86.8 meters and a landmark height of 1 18 meters. It is a landmark building in the mountain city. There are five TV channels (Yangquan news comprehensive channel, Yangquan science and education channel, Yangquan city life channel, Yangquan film and television channel and Yangquan entertainment channel) and two broadcasting frequencies (Yangquan news comprehensive broadcast and Yangquan traffic broadcast), of which 23 are self-managed. The comprehensive coverage of radio and television in the city reached 1.000%, and the coverage of cable television reached 77%. The overall conversion of digital TV has been fully launched.

At the end of 2004, Yangquan Radio and Television was integrated, and seven units, including Yangquan Radio and Television Bureau, Yangquan People's Broadcasting Station, Yangquan TV Station, Yangquan Radio and Television Network Center and Yangquan Radio and Television Newspaper Office, were integrated and reorganized to form a radio and television general station (bureau). Since then, the integration of three stations and three networks has taken three major steps in three years, realizing the optimization of radio and television resources. Yangquan radio and television general station (bureau) implements the integrated management system of bureau and station, and consists of eleven departments and centers, including office, chief editor's office, personnel supervision department, planning and finance department, social management department, radio program center, TV program center, network center, technical equipment center, advertising management center and logistics service center. There are 720 employees in the reception desk, including 340 with college education or above, accounting for 47% of the existing employees. Among them, there are 62 managers, 0/33 professionals/kloc (16 are both managers and professionals) and 0/65438 skilled workers.

During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, especially since 2005, under the correct leadership of the Yangquan Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the radio and television industry in Yangquan has entered the fastest development period in history, achieved unprecedented achievements and achieved sound and rapid development. Especially in 2007, Yangquan radio and television industry hit six consecutive "historical highs": first, the program publicity was the best in history, with the central media broadcasting radio and television news and special topics 18 and provincial media 768; Second, the Yangquan radio and television general station building with the best infrastructure construction in history and high degree of modernization was officially put into use; Third, the total operating income reached a record high, reaching 65 million yuan in 2007; Fourth, the equipment investment is the largest in history, with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan. Large and small studios have been professionally decorated, and large equipment such as broadcast vehicles and large rocker arms have been purchased. Fifth, the income of employees reached a record high, which continued to increase in 2008, and the total salary increased by about 20% compared with that before the reform; Sixth, the national appraisal honor is the best in history. In 2007, it was rated as "National Advanced Unit of Radio, Film and Television System", which is the only prefecture-level unit in our province and the highest honor in the history of Yangquan Radio and Television.
