I. Recruitment Plan

Third, recruitment methods and steps

Carry out recruitment announcement, registration, written examination, interview, physical examination, publicity of primary list, employment and recruitment procedures as planned.

(1) Announcement

The recruitment announcement is publicly released on the provincial, city and county personnel establishment network, Wangjiang County People's Government Network and Wangjiang TV Station.

(2) Registration

Ten days after the announcement, organize registration. The registration work is organized by the county recruitment leading group, and the county personnel bureau is responsible for the specific registration and preliminary qualification examination jointly with the employer.

Registration time: April 20-April 24, 2009 (the deadline for registration is April 24, 2009 17: 30).

(3) Qualification examination

(5) Interview

According to the written test results, from high score to low score, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of applicants 1: 2. The interview content mainly tests the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, adaptability, personality characteristics and mastery of relevant laws and regulations. Interviews are conducted in the form of structured interviews. The interview work is organized and implemented by county-level organizations, personnel and supervision departments in conjunction with relevant units. The written test score and interview score are combined according to the weight of 7: 3 to get the total score, and the positions are sorted according to the high score to the low score, and the physical examination objects are determined according to the recruitment indicators. If the comprehensive scores are tied, the one with the highest written test score is preferred.

(6) Physical examination

The physical examination work is organized by the county personnel bureau, and the physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the national civil service physical examination standard of Anhui Province. (For positions that are vacant for various reasons, the interviewer of the position can fill them in order from high score to low score according to the total score of the exam, and the filling can only be made once. )

(7) Publicity

After the physical examination, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on Wangjiang Personnel Establishment Online for one week. After publicity without objection, go through the employment procedures.

Fourth, employee treatment.

The probation period for employed personnel is one year (probation period for on-the-job personnel is six months). Those who pass the examination after the probation period are officially hired. Employed personnel enjoy the same treatment as similar personnel in the unit.
