1. Introduction objects and qualifications

4. Qualification review

(1) Based on the ratio of 3:1 between the number of interview participants and the number of job recruitment plans, candidates for the qualification review will be determined based on the candidates’ written test scores from high to low. , the last person with the same written test score will be included in the scope.

5. Interview

6. Physical examination

The physical examination is organized by the Shashi District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Follow the provisions of the "Notice on Revisions and Related Contents" (Erenshefa [2017] No. 10).

If the candidate voluntarily gives up the physical examination or the candidate fails the physical examination, the physical examination personnel will be replaced according to the overall score ranking from high score to low score.

Replacement personnel will only be generated among those who participated in the interview for the same position. If there are no replacement personnel, the corresponding recruitment position plan will be reduced or cancelled.

7. Inspection

Persons who have passed the physical examination can enter for inspection.

The recruitment unit and its competent department are specifically responsible for the inspection work.

In accordance with the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, we will focus on examining the candidates’ political ideology, moral character, abilities, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, etc. Extended inspections will be conducted on various integrity information, personnel files, etc. including the integrity records of personnel participating in national statutory examinations.

During the inspection, the applicant's qualifications will also be reviewed and whether there are any circumstances that require avoidance.

If the investigation finds circumstances that may affect employment and are verified to be true, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

If a candidate voluntarily gives up the examination or is determined to be unqualified during the examination, his or her qualification will be cancelled, and candidates will be replaced in order from high score to low score according to the overall score ranking.

Replacement personnel will only be generated among those who have participated in the interview for the same position and passed the physical examination. If there are no replacement personnel, the corresponding recruitment position plan will be reduced or cancelled.

8. Public announcement and employment

After the inspection work is completed, the competent department will submit the inspection report and other materials of the personnel to be hired to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. After approval, the inspection and physical examination will be carried out. Qualified personnel to be hired will be announced on the official website of the Shashi District People's Government and will be subject to social supervision. The announcement period will be 7 working days.
