1. Nature of personnel

Job Ability Test
Civilian positions require a closed-book written test with a maximum score of 100 points. Physical fitness tests are conducted for service positions. The test standards are implemented with reference to the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Recruitment by Public Security Organs". Interview
Based on the job ability test scores, the list of interviewees will be determined from high to low in a ratio of no more than 1:2 to the number of people to be hired for the position.
The interview will take the form of on-site questions to examine the applicant's job adaptability, organization and coordination, problem-solving, on-the-spot response, interpersonal communication and other aspects, as well as comprehensive qualities such as language expression, appearance and manners. The interview score is 100 points. The total score will be calculated based on the job ability test scores and interview scores, each accounting for 50% of the weight, and the physical examination personnel will be determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be hired for the position.
Physical examination
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the revised "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment" and "Special Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment". Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the examination process. Inspection

Employment
