After more than three years of planning, design and construction, Hai Yin Houguo Ruins Park was opened to the public on the 23rd. Visitors can book tickets to visit the park through the Internet.

The Houguo site in Hai Yin, Nanchang is the largest, most complete and abundant settlement site in the capital of the state of Liehou in Han Dynasty. It is reported that the planned total area of Hai Yin Houguo Han Dynasty Ruins Park is 12.03 square kilometers, and the investment in key projects is about 4 billion yuan. At present, the first-phase project of the site museum, visitor center and service facilities in the core area and the protection and exhibition project of Liuhe cemetery have been completed.

Hai Yin Houguo Ruins Park

Hai Yin Houguo Site is located in the northeast of the new area, bordering Poyang Lake in the north and Ganjiang River in the east. It is 20 kilometers away from Nanchang Changbei International Airport and about 45 kilometers away from downtown Nanchang.

The site is centered on the 3.6-square-kilometer Zijincheng site, tombs of past dynasties, tombs of nobles and civilians, and consists of a series of important sites. It is the largest, most intact and richest settlement site in the post-Han Dynasty in China. It provides comprehensive historical data for the study of urban architectural system, human history, social economy and so on. This is the most unique place to study the history of the Western Han Dynasty.

Although there were many princes in the Han Dynasty, ten tombs were empty, but Hou Haiyin's tomb had a complete structure, clear layout, well-preserved and complete sacrificial system, which filled the gap in the archaeological history of our country. Youmin Temple

Founded in the Southern Dynasties, the temple was named Shanglan Temple, which was changed to Youqing Temple in the Qing Dynasty and Youmin Temple in the Republic of China. Now it has long lost the scale of "riding the mountain gate" in its heyday. The famous bronze statue of 36,000 Jin in the temple (some people say it is made of iron bronze) was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, and now the bronze Buddha in Jieyin Temple was rebuilt by 1994.
