According to the Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, in any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to apply for increasing the tractor (B 1):

(a) a traffic accident caused death, take full responsibility or main responsibility;

(2) Driving a motor vehicle after being drunk;

(3) Driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol in this scoring cycle and three consecutive scoring cycles before application;

(four) in this scoring cycle and the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application, driving a motor vehicle over the prescribed speed by more than 50%, and the motor vehicle driver's license has not been revoked.

C 1 Provisions on increasing the number of B votes

According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License":

Fifteenth has obtained a motor vehicle driver's license, apply to increase the quasi driving type, should be in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before the application did not record 12 points. To apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of medium-sized buses, tractors and large buses, the following provisions shall also be met:

(a) to apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of medium-sized passenger cars, and to obtain the quasi-driving type qualification for driving city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks or three-wheeled cars for more than three years, and not to record full 12 points in the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application;

(2) Those who apply for increasing the tractor's quasi-driving type have obtained the driving qualification of medium-sized passenger cars or large trucks for more than three years, or obtained the driving qualification of large passenger cars for more than one year, and have not scored 12 points in the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application;

(3) Those who apply for increasing the permitted driving type of large buses have obtained the permitted driving type qualification of city buses, medium-sized buses or large trucks for more than five years, or obtained the permitted driving type qualification of tractors for more than two years, and have not scored 12 in the last five consecutive scoring cycles before the application.
