1, college degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering;

3. Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations of construction projects, with high professional and technical level, strong comprehensive coordination ability and rich project management experience;

4. Have high judgment and decision-making ability, be able to make timely decisions, be flexible, be able to handle various contradictions and disputes, and have good coordination and control ability;

5. Have good language expression and communication skills.

Introduction to examination

Supervision engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have obtained the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Supervision Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the qualification certificate) through examination, registered in accordance with these regulations, obtained the Registered Practice Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Supervision Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the registration certificate) and the practice seal, and engaged in engineering supervision and related business activities. Personnel who have not obtained the registration certificate and practicing seal shall not engage in engineering supervision and related business activities in the name of supervision engineer.

The supervision engineer implements the management system of registered practice, and the personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate can practice in the name of the supervision engineer after registration. The competent department of construction in the State Council implements unified supervision and management of the registration and practice activities of supervision engineers throughout the country; The competent construction departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall supervise and manage the registration and practice activities of supervision engineers within their respective administrative areas.

The Ministry of Construction is responsible for organizing the formulation of examination subjects, compiling examination syllabus, training materials and proposition work, and uniformly planning and organizing pre-examination training. The personnel department is responsible for examining and approving examination subjects, examination outlines and examination questions.

◇ Registration conditions Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who has a college degree or above in engineering technology or engineering economics, is law-abiding and meets one of the following conditions, can register for the qualification examination of supervision engineer.

1. Have intermediate professional and technical positions in engineering technology or engineering economy evaluated and hired in accordance with relevant state regulations, and have served for three years;

Applicants who are engaged in project construction supervision and meet the following four conditions may be exempted from the two subjects of "project construction contract management" and "project construction quality, investment and progress control".

College degree or above in engineering technology or engineering economics before 1. 1970 (inclusive).

2. Engaged in engineering design or engineering construction management 15 years or more (inclusive).

3. Engaged in supervision work 1 year or above (inclusive).

According to the Notice on Approving Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel Organized by the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry), all Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the corresponding provisions of the qualification examination for supervision engineers can sign up for the examination according to the procedures and requirements specified in the document; Specific matters in Taiwan Province Province shall be formulated separately.

Measures for the administration of foreign professional and technical personnel applying for the registration and practice of supervision engineers shall be formulated separately.

◇ Registration time 20 15 The registration time for the supervision engineer exam starts from March 20 15. Registration time varies from place to place, and the specific registration time is subject to the examination announcement in each region.

◇ Examination time 20 15 Supervision engineer's examination time is from May 23rd to 24th.
