The medium and large PCB factories in Shanghai include: Meiwei Electronics Hong Kong-funded Songjiang multi-layer HDI boards, Meiwei Technology Hong Kong-funded Songjiang IC carrier boards, COF, etc. AT&S Austria Minhang multi-layer HDI Zhanhua Taiwan-funded Qingpu multi-layer HDI other small and medium-sized Pulin and Waikaixi are both from Songjiang, Bole is a bigger soft board maker, and Efubisi and Wenliang Changping are smaller ones.
