The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target

(1) graduates with master's degree or above in 2023;

(2) There are 2023 normal students at public expense;

(3) Graduates with medical bachelor degree or above in 2023.

Three. qualifications

(1) basic conditions

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have the qualifications, majors, skills and other conditions required for the recruitment position;

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

6. Applicants must obtain academic qualifications, degrees and corresponding qualification certificates required by job recruitment conditions before July 3, 20231.

(2) Age condition

Undergraduate students are not over 35 years old (that is, born on or after 1 February, 9871day); Graduate students are not over 40 years old (i.e. born on or after 1 February, 9821day); The age of doctoral students is not more than 45 years old (that is, they were born on or after 1 February, 9771day).

(three) the following persons shall not apply for the examination

1. Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are under judicial investigation for suspected crimes and have not yet reached a conclusion;

(3) Examination and evaluation

Recruiting units mainly take interviews, professional skills tests and other ways to inspect candidates.

(four) to determine the candidates to be hired

The competent department of each recruitment unit or the comprehensive personnel management department of the district/county (development zone) institution shall determine the candidate to be hired after the audit and sign the employment agreement.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

The competent department of each recruitment unit or the comprehensive personnel management department of the district/county (development zone) institution shall organize the physical examination of the personnel to be hired with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (except those with special requirements in the industry).

Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection link.

If the medical examination is unqualified, or the medical examination is not carried out on time as required, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.

The competent department of each recruitment unit or the comprehensive personnel management department of district/county (development zone) institutions shall organize an inspection of qualified personnel, focusing on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional quality and professional ability related to the recruitment position, and then conduct qualification examination on the candidates.

Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified.

(6) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection shall be publicized on the Xi Personnel Examination Network for not less than 5 working days.

(7) Employment

After the personnel to be employed graduate and obtain the qualification certificate required for the post, the competent department of each recruitment unit or the comprehensive personnel management department of the district/county (development zone) institution shall handle the employment procedures in a centralized manner.

Workers must sign a labor contract with the employer for more than 5 years (including probation period). Unless the employment contract is dissolved according to laws and regulations, employees shall not be seconded, transferred to other units or participate in the recruitment (examination) of other units in any name during the minimum service period (5 years).
