In April of the same year, Zibo Jinlong Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. transferred its trademark "Jinlong" to Suzhou Jinlong. Since then, Xiamen Jinlong and Suzhou Jinlong have also obtained the legal right to use the trademark "Jinlong".

The problem of trademark overlapping caused by historical reasons eventually led Nanjing Special Bus and Nanjing Dongyu to sue Xiamen Jinlong to the court. After two extensions, the plaintiff withdrew the lawsuit, and the day before the two sides were about to go to court, the two sides settled out of court.

Finally, Nanjing Dongyu transferred the trademark of Jinlong to Xiamen Jinlong, and at the same time Nanjing Dongyu began to OEM Xiamen Jinlong Bus.

In February 2005, Xiamen Jinlong Investment180,000 yuan and Nanjing Dongyu established Nanjing Jinlong Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with a 60:40 equity ratio, and launched the "Yue Ling" brand.

However, because Nanjing Dongyu does not have enough technical reserves, and its scale is small, and it has suffered losses year after year, Nanjing Jinlong, the fourth dragon, has been out of the mainstream of the Jinlong system.

In 2009, Huang Hongsheng, the founder and controlling shareholder of Skyworth Group, was released on early bail and released from prison in a low profile. In the second year, Huang Hongsheng sold 6,543.8 billion Skyworth shares and cashed in about 900 million Hong Kong dollars to establish Chuangyuan Tiandi Investment Company.

In the same year, Nanjing Chuangyuan Tiandi was renamed Kaiwo New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and later Kaiwo New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Jinlong, as its main business entity, has also changed its brand name to Kaiwo.

Nanjing Jinlong also maintained a good market performance. In 20 16, it sold 792 pure electric buses1car, ranking fourth in the country. In 20 17, the sales volume exceeded 10,000 vehicles, reaching 10633 vehicles, still ranking fourth in the country.

In 20 18, the sales volume of Nanjing Jinlong pure electric bus dropped to 8524, but the ranking jumped to the third place in the country. In 20 19, Nanjing Jinlong sold 9542 vehicles and returned to the runner-up throne.

With the steady development of Nanjing Jinlong, it has started to build production bases in Wuhan, Shenzhen, Xi 'an, Hohhot, Xuzhou, Weinan, Lishui, Gaochun and Weihai, and launched the passenger car brand "Mei Tian" on 20 19.
