Can backup teachers recruited in Texas take the exam?

Conditions for recruiting reserve teachers in Texas:

(a) have China nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics.

(2) Under the age of 35 (born after August 7th, 198 1). Good health.

(3) Bachelor degree or above. The first degree must have a full-time college degree or above.

(4) Having corresponding qualification certificates for primary and secondary school teachers.

(5) If the recruitment position has special requirements, it shall be implemented according to the post requirements.

The examination content consists of two parts: the basic knowledge of public education and the basic knowledge of teaching (including pedagogy, psychology and other professional knowledge), accounting for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively.
