Yes According to the announcement issued by the People's Government of Beilun District, Ningbo, Xiaogang Street plans to incorporate the residential environment improvement projects of six communities in Honglian District into the 20021old residential environment improvement project and the urban village renovation and upgrading project, in which the second phase of Xiaogang Honglian Guiguan Apartment was demolished in early June 2023.
