Does ERP software development have technical content? I count the fresh graduates.

Technical level: database and programming (VC, VB, C#, PhP…… can be used for database programming, just master one).

Generally speaking, if you have a little technical foundation, focus on learning these things and get started in about 3 months (you can start doing it); It takes about 1-2 years to reach or approach "mastery".

Method level: this is the most critical, much more than the technical requirements.

Logic, implementation, understanding of different requirements and functions, compilation of data structures. ...

This is a key skill for programmers.

Personnel level: Generally speaking, making an ERP software can't be done by one person, because it needs a lot of information and programming, so it needs a team to complete it.

If you want to do it, find an excellent team!

In other words, you should learn to lead this team. Perhaps this is the biggest test for a program developer!
