Xiansheng Technology 4G mobile phone chip JR5 10 Release: Samsung 1 1nm technology, eight nuclear architecture.

On June 8th, today, Xiansheng Technology announced the launch of 4G smart phone chip platform JR5 10, which is mainly aimed at the field of mobile communication. JR5 10 has now entered the mass production stage. In terms of core performance, JR5 10 adopts Samsung 1 1nmFinFET process, and is equipped with eight nuclear's ARMCortexA55CPU and ARMMaliG52GPU.

JR5 10 officially supports the latest storage schemes of LPDDR4x memory, eMMC5. 1 and UFS2. 1, and supports peripheral interfaces such as USB2.0, SDIO3.0, I2S, I2C and UART.

It is worth mentioning that JR5 10 also introduces independent hardware AI acceleration (NPU) engine and visual processor (vDSP) in the entry-level and mid-range smart chip architectures for the first time, in which the HWAI engine can provide the computing power of 1.2Tops.

Thanks to the ARMCortexA55 artificial intelligence technology and the self-developed algorithm of Xiansheng Technology, JR5 10 can realize real-time AI intelligent scene detection and recognition, improve the intelligent photographing performance of different scenes, support AIHDR in mobile phone shooting, and also support differential functions such as AI dual microphone noise reduction.

According to reports, the SoC supports16 million+16 million dual cameras and 25 million/50 million single cameras, and supports video 1080p+(2 1: 9) resolution screen with a frame rate of 60 frames per second. At the same time, JR5 10 supports VP9/H.265/H.264 decoding and H.265/H.264 coding with 1080P resolution.
