Entrusted by relevant units, our center provides ability verification and examination services for professional and technical personnel who intend to be promoted to senior titles in health specialty. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Test object

Medical and health institutions at all levels in Suizhou City, Jingzhou City, Xianning City, Enshi City, Tianmen City, Qianjiang City and Xiantao City, as well as professional and technical personnel who intend to participate in the senior post qualification assessment but have not obtained the competency verification certificate, including the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the Provincial Third People's Hospital, the Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the Provincial Cancer Hospital, the Tianyou Hospital affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology, the Central Theater General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Second, the test method and specialty

This test is conducted in a "man-machine dialogue" way. The test questions are objective multiple-choice questions, and the test time is 120 minutes. The exam does not specify review materials and does not organize pre-test training.

Three. Registration procedures and timetable

The registration, review and payment of this competency test are all carried out in the "Hubei Health Talent Network Evaluation System (/view/login.aspx)", and the registration information is based on the data in the system, and there is no other registration method.

(1) Online registration of candidates: log in to the "Hubei Health Talent Network Evaluation System" through the computer (360 browser mode is recommended), click "Advanced Level Ability Test" after entering the platform, enter the registration interface, fill in relevant information, upload scanned copies of relevant materials, pay the registration fee of 100 yuan, generate the declaration number after payment, and print the "20" automatically generated by the system. The applicant must fill in the form carefully according to the real situation of the individual, and it cannot be modified after filling it out. Those who fill in the information incorrectly seriously shall be treated as providing false information. The online registration system is open from June 15 to June 19, 2020, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

(II) Unit audit: The staff in charge of examination management of each unit access the "Hubei Health Talent Network Evaluation System" through the computer (360 browser mode is recommended), use the user name and password issued by the superior competent department to access the platform, click "Water Survey Registration Audit", and then accept the application numbers one by one for audit operation. After submission for review, the competent department at the next higher level will review the applicant's qualifications in the system. The opening time of the unit audit is from June 15 to June 26, 2020.

(3) Qualification examination of higher authorities: candidates and their units are the first responsible persons for the authenticity and normative examination of the application materials. The higher authorities examine the candidates' registration qualifications according to the network data, and the candidates' application information can be submitted to the higher authorities after being audited in the local area. The deadline for information submission of municipal health and wellness committees is June 30, 2020. Please coordinate and allocate the audit time reasonably according to the local actual situation. Municipal health committees and provincial medical institutions are responsible for the implementation of the application materials, and our center does not review the application materials in principle. Those who fail to pass the examination will arrange the original channel to refund the registration fee in early August.

(4) Print the admission ticket: Please print the admission ticket on Hubei Health Talent Network from July 27th to July 30th, 2020.

IV. Test Results and Uses

Candidates can check their scores at Hubei Health Talent Network within 45 working days after the examination, and download electronic transcripts. The examination results will be fed back to the entrusting unit as a whole, and the entrusting unit will be responsible for the delineation of qualified scores, the handling of qualified certificates and the use of results.
