1. Establish the organization of quality department.

The quality department is a department that provides quality services and information resources to companies and customers, and is responsible for the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products and the efficacy of weighing instruments. It is the "eye" of the company. I was the only one in the quality department before May, and the preparation of the laboratory in the quality department was one of the most important tasks in the first half of the year.

In the first half of the year, the analysis tasks, posts, equipment and instruments of the laboratory were determined, and the safe operation system of each post was formulated. Prepare the inspection standard of magnesium metal, and prepare the test account and inspection equipment account; Determine the technical indicators of the laboratory, and cooperate with the Infrastructure Engineering Department to confirm the rationality of water, electricity and heating in the laboratory; Optimized the layout of various departments in the laboratory.

2. Inspect the raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory and strictly control the quality.

Testing of raw and auxiliary materials is another major task in the first half of the year. At the critical stage of construction, many raw materials are needed, from steel to rivets and nuts, and the inspection task is very heavy. While studying the materials that have not been tested before, our department has overcome all kinds of difficulties and applied relevant testing knowledge.

For materials with great value such as steel, the inspection responsibility is great. To this end, our department will conduct inspection and acceptance in conjunction with the relevant personnel of the civil engineering group and the technical personnel of the construction unit. After the approval of the construction unit, the qualified inspection report will be issued and allowed to be put into storage.

For refractory materials that cannot be detected but require high quality, whether the quality is qualified or not is related to the quality of the furnace body and should be submitted to the relevant departments for inspection. For example, refractories were sent to Beijing MCC Architectural Research Institute. According to its report, some refractories of Jinniuwang in Zhengzhou were not used. Of course, the inspection is not satisfactory, the inspection cost is relatively expensive, and more importantly, the issuance of the inspection report is far behind. To this end, the department tries to entrust the same materials from different suppliers to qualified suppliers for testing, which not only saves the testing cost, but also greatly saves the testing time. If some samples to be tested are sent to Puyang Pu High Temperature Resistant Materials Co., Ltd., a refractory supplier, for testing, its high temperature ceramic material experimental testing center has been assessed as one of the laboratories with refractory testing capability by the National Accreditation Committee; For example, sending more than 30 coal samples collected to XX Company for testing costs only 2,000 yuan, while testing a sample in XX Coal Center costs nearly 2,000 yuan.

3. Other aspects

Through consulting all kinds of materials, asking relevant units, field research and other work, we can provide some useful information for the company. For example, we have basically found out the distribution of major resources around us, especially coal resources. Several coal mines in Shenfu and Wangwa coal mines in Ningxia were initially selected as ignition coal suppliers for the company. Through a lot of hard and meticulous work, the supplier of laboratory materials was selected, and the purchase list was compiled, waiting for approval.

Second, the problems existing since the establishment of the Quality Department

1. Personnel's ability and experience are the first conditions to ensure quality. With the application of modern chemical analysis instruments, the professional level of personnel is increasingly demanding. The laboratory should be equipped with senior, middle and junior personnel who have passed the technical training and examination to undertake their own analysis and testing tasks. Although chemists are faced with some chemical samples every day, behind each sample is actually maintaining the production situation of the enterprise, even related to the life and death of the enterprise. If the production and sales are delayed due to the negligence of the laboratory staff or the lack of technology, it will bring irreparable losses to the enterprise and even lose "life". Therefore, inspection personnel are related to the quality of products and play a very prominent role in enterprises.

The company is located in XX Development Zone, with a small population, poor infrastructure and harsh natural conditions. The quality department needs high-quality professionals. Whether talents can be recruited, retained and rooted is the primary problem. Recruiters should work hard on training and assessment. In order to retain people, we must meet some conditions such as treatment. Compared with the same industry, the labor cost is higher. The uncertainty and mobility of personnel will bring great passivity to the work of this department. In fact, the problem of employee turnover has been puzzling the magnesium industry. How to stabilize personnel and cultivate and build a group of professional teams is a problem that needs long-term thinking and practice.

2. The quality department is the quality control department. As the name implies, "control" means "in" and "out", that is, raw and auxiliary materials and products entering the factory.

For the intermediate control process, the quality department only provides supervision, assessment and quality service to the process nodes, and it is more appropriate to delegate the authority of quality control to independent workshops to improve their production enthusiasm and awareness of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. When the product market is good and the price is high, the product quality can be appropriately reduced and the output can be increased, and vice versa. Because quality and output are always irreconcilable contradictions, the standards formulated also need greater flexibility and operability.

3. The problem of full participation in the quality management of the company is not the responsibility of a certain department of the quality department or the quality minister alone, but the responsibility of all members of the company.

Quality management is to gather the wisdom and experience of all employees in the company, flexibly use the organizational system, promote the improvement of all people, things and things in the enterprise, realize the most economical production and meet the needs of customers. It is difficult to change the situation that magnesium metallization is extensive in management and only focuses on output rather than quality. The quality inspection departments of some magnesium plants only do some routine tests, and the quality is not mentioned. The personnel of the quality inspection departments still do so, not to mention other personnel's understanding of quality.

The standard operation of the company attaches great importance to quality management. Based on the present situation of magnesium industry, we should adopt a step-by-step policy, and gradually let the concept of "quality is produced, not tested, and we must consider every small link to do a good job in the quality of the whole product" be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, so that every employee can love his work, have a high sense of responsibility and understand the truth that "the next process is the customer".

4. Give full play to the role of quality department and how to be a quality supervisor?

Quality supervisor is usually regarded as the role of supervision and inspection. Personally, I think it is only part of the work of quality supervisor. Because if we only focus on supervision, it is easy to cause resentment from the operation or production department and conflict with the production department. It is true that as a centralized quality department, it is really necessary to supervise the product quality, but we must have the idea of helping to solve the quality abnormality, that is, to look at the problem from the standpoint of helping to improve the quality. In this way, other departments can accept improvement ideas and corrective and preventive measures.

Another important job of quality supervisor is training and learning. Training and learning include quality tools, quality system, quality concepts and ideas, common quality anomalies and preventive methods. Of course, the object of training and learning is not only the quality department, but also the personnel directly related to product quality in the production department. Only the relevant personnel have enough quality skills can we avoid the quality abnormality in the production process, because the product quality is designed and produced.

The higher requirement for quality supervisor is to establish, form, popularize and deepen the "quality culture" according to the corporate culture and company reality in Du Nan. In the daily work process, it is everyone's responsibility to publicize the quality, do the right thing at the first time, and so on. Only by forming a good quality culture can we think that the quality supervisor is successful and things will be easy. Work plan for the second half of the third year

1. 1. Assist the enterprise management department of the company to complete the recruitment of quality inspectors and laboratory technicians. In September, all chemists and quality inspectors must enter the factory and complete the pre-job evaluation.

2. Assist ministry of materials and equipment to complete the procurement and installation of inspection and test equipment, and complete the performance test of all inspection and test equipment before the end of September.

3. According to the actual production situation, revise the relevant inspection standards and improve the inspection personnel assessment system. Improve the quality of quality personnel. Do a good job in quality management planning in the second half of the year, strictly control quality and really grasp quality.
