I want to go to Wistron, but I don't know how to get there.

The normal process is resume-written test-interview-physical examination-employment process.

Wistron is one of several professional ODM companies in the world, mainly producing portable notebooks, desktop notebooks, notebook components and memory storage products (also producing mobile phones), as well as Netcom products. It is a joint-stock company of Taiwanese enterprises.

Sometimes people inside will say that the company is one of the top 500 companies in the world, but in fact, it has only been in the top 500 once in 20 12 years. However, it is also a large global enterprise with tens of thousands of employees (excluding production line workers, many of whom are temporary workers, which is too mobile). The main core departments are in Taiwan Province Province (Taiwanese enterprises), followed by factories in Kunshan, Chongqing, Chengdu and Guangzhou and R&D departments, as well as overseas factories in Europe, North America and India.

If the salary is paid, the manufacturer does not know that it should be more than 1000. Normal clerical work, Chongqing is basically a college graduate who has just entered a college for 3,300 yuan/month, two for 3,000 yuan/month, and more than 2,000 specialties. There are more than 4,000 masters in key universities (knowing the salary of Peking University masters). This is the situation in 2065, 438+05, and the basic salary may be increased later. Then the factories in each region are different according to the local minimum wage standard. However, if you have work experience, the personnel department will check your salary according to your education, work experience, skill certificate and the situation when you join the company, and you can also discuss it in a small scale. Then the salary is basically 1-2 times a year, generally around 5%- 10%. If you work overtime, you will get overtime pay. The algorithm is 75%* 1.5/ hour of the basic salary (usually overtime 1.5 times), twice overtime on weekends and three times overtime on holidays. Monthly salary = basic salary+overtime pay+performance bonus (rarely possible)-accommodation, water and electricity-meals-five insurances and one gold-salary will be deducted (if you leave late or leave early), and there will be a year-end bonus every year.

Then the company provides dormitories (generally 4 persons/room, 2 persons in charge/room, senior management personnel and so on, all of which are from Taiwan Province Province, and there should be 6-8 production line technicians), so it is necessary to pay more than 100 of the accommodation fee every month, and the water and electricity are fixed. The company also has a canteen, where you can eat three meals a day and snack. Rice 5- 10 yuan, it depends on your choice. I paid for the meal myself, as if all the technicians in the production line had food supplements. )

Then organize the company's league building activities regularly, such as basketball games and singing competitions, and then have regular group outings for outstanding employees (this seems to be only for basic workers in the production line, normal office clerks and engineers have never seen it). During the festival, the company or bonded port area will organize various departments' cultural activities, annual meetings, performances and lottery activities.

Life, although generally speaking, if you work overtime, you won't have any spare time. However, the company's factories are generally located in the bonded port area, where restaurants, supermarkets, Internet cafes, fruit shops, pharmacies, banks and other entertainment facilities are provided, as well as sports venues such as playing basketball, table tennis and running, which can meet the basic needs of life.

Working in such a big enterprise will certainly not be easy. Everyone is his own department and position, so he also has his own KPI. You can't arrange your own work content and process casually, because the company has various regulations and many things need to be completed by several departments. If your progress is slow, it will affect other parts and may also affect the progress of the whole project. All work should be based on the premise of not affecting the progress and not making mistakes. However, paperwork is basically done by computers in the office. Engineers mainly run their own companies and laboratories, but sometimes they still need to go to the production line.

The normal working hours of the company are 8:30- 17:30, and lunch is 1 hour. It is worth noting that, after all, it is an ODM factory, so there will be overtime, and some overtime is forced because of tasks. Although there is overtime pay, the maximum overtime can reach 100-200 hours/month when busy. When you work overtime, you can get a salary of 5000-7000 yuan/month on the basis of a basic salary of more than 3000 yuan, but this is a great physical load. However, when the task of the department is light, you can work overtime for more than 30 hours/month, or you can choose not to work overtime (when overtime is not needed). Because overtime hours and attendance are ultimately decided by the personnel department, many people will have no task to work overtime and have to stay in the company to work overtime.

Then there is the personnel situation of the company. The employee mobility of the company is still quite large. There will be new employees and old employees leaving the formal sector. Generally, fresh graduates will leave in 1-2 years. If old employees work in Wistron, Foxconn, Inventec and ODM, if they have long-term career plans, they will generally jump ship, either to upstream and downstream enterprises or to change industries. I think the main reason is that the top managers of these enterprises in Taiwan Province Province are all from Taiwan Province Province or foreigners, and there are very few mainlanders who can be directors or managers, and some of them can't be promoted after working for more than ten years. The popularity of production line technicians is quite high, so recruitment and training also bring great pressure to the company's personnel department.

Wistron is a big enterprise, and it is also a good enterprise for people who have just graduated. After all, wages are at a normal level, paying five insurances and one gold, and never defaulting on wages. Then in a big company, you can go through all kinds of formal procedures, know all kinds of articles of association, deal with a lot of people and things, and learn a lot of work skills at work, so it's not bad as a new job.
