During the festival, the company or bonded port area will organize various departments' cultural activities, annual meetings, performances and lottery activities.

Life, although generally speaking, if you work overtime, you won't have any spare time. However, the company's factories are generally located in the bonded port area, where restaurants, supermarkets, Internet cafes, fruit shops, pharmacies, banks and other entertainment facilities are provided, as well as sports venues such as playing basketball, table tennis and running, which can meet the basic needs of life.

Working in such a big enterprise will certainly not be easy. Everyone is his own department and position, so he also has his own KPI. You can't arrange your own work content and process casually, because the company has various regulations and many things need to be completed by several departments. If your progress is slow, it will affect other parts and may also affect the progress of the whole project. All work should be based on the premise of not affecting the progress and not making mistakes. However, paperwork is basically done by computers in the office. Engineers mainly run their own companies and laboratories, but sometimes they still need to go to the production line.

The normal working hours of the company are 8:30- 17:30, and lunch is 1 hour. It is worth noting that, after all, it is an ODM factory, so there will be overtime, and some overtime is forced because of tasks. Although there is overtime pay, the maximum overtime can reach 100-200 hours/month when busy. When you work overtime, you can get a salary of 5000-7000 yuan/month on the basis of a basic salary of more than 3000 yuan, but this is a great physical load. However, when the task of the department is light, you can work overtime for more than 30 hours/month, or you can choose not to work overtime (when overtime is not needed). Because overtime hours and attendance are ultimately decided by the personnel department, many people will have no task to work overtime and have to stay in the company to work overtime.

Then there is the personnel situation of the company. The employee mobility of the company is still quite large. There will be new employees and old employees leaving the formal sector. Generally, fresh graduates will leave in 1-2 years. If old employees work in Wistron, Foxconn, Inventec and ODM, if they have long-term career plans, they will generally jump ship, either to upstream and downstream enterprises or to change industries. I think the main reason is that the top managers of these enterprises in Taiwan Province Province are all from Taiwan Province Province or foreigners, and there are very few mainlanders who can be directors or managers, and some of them can't be promoted after working for more than ten years. The popularity of production line technicians is quite high, so recruitment and training also bring great pressure to the company's personnel department.
