5. Employees can only work at their posts after obtaining corresponding qualifications.

Easy-to-use car drivers who apply to engage in road transport business and road transport-related business shall meet the conditions stipulated in China's road transport regulations, and submit business applications and materials to road transport management institutions at or above the county level according to law.
