1. Basic Materials Technology Research Department

Focuses on the basic theoretical research of 200 lm/W medium and long-term technology and the exploration of new white light technology routes. The main research content includes GaN homogeneous substrate epitaxy technology, deep ultraviolet LED preparation technology, phosphor-free LED epitaxy technology, etc.

2. Core Key Devices Research Department

Focuses on the research on innovative technology integration of core key devices. The main research content includes large-size 150 lm/W high-power and high-brightness LEDs. Epitaxy, chip preparation technology, large-size substrate preparation, power packaging and module technology.

3. The Advanced Application Technology and System Research Department

Focuses on solving the urgent needs of the industry in light, electricity, heat, machinery, software, intelligent control systems, etc. to develop low-cost, high-reliability system integration technology and standardized and standardized application products, and develop intelligent lighting control systems.

4. Innovative Lighting Application Technology Research Department

Focuses on solving innovative application technologies of semiconductor lighting in agriculture, disease treatment, optical Internet, aviation, aerospace and other interdisciplinary and cross-field applications.
