(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination

According to the registration materials received, screening and qualification examination will be conducted, and those who pass the examination will be interviewed and tried.

(3) Interview and trial lecture

The notice of interview and trial lecture for teaching and research personnel will be issued within 2 weeks after registration.

The interview and trial lecture will be conducted according to the time arranged by the college, and those who have not entered the interview and trial lecture will not be notified separately.

Interviews mainly use answers, lectures and speeches. , and according to the requirements of professional knowledge, professional ability and professional skills necessary for the recruitment position, evaluate the situation of interviewers and lecturers.

According to the total scores of interviews and lectures, the candidates to be hired are determined.

(4) physical examination.

The physical examination shall refer to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial) and be organized in a unified way to the second-class medical institutions above Grade A in this Municipality.

(5) inspection.

Organized by Shanghai Vocational College of Trade Union Management, it mainly examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality and integrity record.

(6) Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed.

According to the results of interview, trial lecture, physical examination and investigation, the party Committee of the college will study and determine the personnel to be hired.

The proposed employee will be publicized on the website of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for seven days.
