Actually, I don't think this kind of thing is necessary at all. Leaders can certainly see which employees are working hard and which employees are playing tricks. What we need to do is not to film what we have done in the group, but to try our best to help others after finishing our own things. Maybe sometimes you think that the leaders don't see that you are doing these things, but in fact they know it in their hearts.

So once you do something, there is no need to rush to take credit. You like your dad better than a down-to-earth employee. You can stop talking, but you can't stop doing things. Employees who are often greeted with smiles in front of the leaders but are often lazy behind their backs will generally not be appreciated by the leaders. Perhaps a moment of cleverness can make you appreciate faster than others, but it is definitely not your last capital.
