I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

1. Love nursing, and have good communication skills and organization and coordination skills;

2. Be healthy and competent for clinical nursing;

3. Have a bachelor's degree in nursing and nurse qualification, and have more than 2 years' nursing experience in a secondary hospital in Zhejiang Province or a private hospital with beds above 100, or a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province with nursing experience above 1 year;

2. It is preferred to have an ICU or emergency department license under the same test total score;

The scope of professional knowledge examination is: nursing professional knowledge.

1. written test: those who meet the registration requirements and pass the qualification examination will take the written test. If the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled in proportion.

4. Interview: According to the proportion of high scores and low scores in the written test, the candidates for practical skills test and interview are determined according to the recruitment plan 1: 3.

Fourth, physical examination and assessment

According to the total test scores from high to low, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1. Physical examination is conducted in the designated hospital, and the standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the examination, and the standards will be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Zhejiang Civil Servant Recruitment Inspection (Trial). If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low; If there is a waiver of employment qualifications, the replacement personnel will be determined according to the total test scores from high to low.
