What is the difference between BYD, Zotye, Cheetah Factory and Volkswagen Factory?

My school is a junior college in Changsha, majoring in automobile manufacturing and assembly technology. During school, I mainly study theoretical knowledge, and of course I also cooperate with practical operation. As an automobile major, I naturally have more contact with vehicles than others. When I was studying, I could feel from my teacher that the car factory was very noisy and it was all large machinery, but the working environment was always not very good. Before graduation, the teacher organized students majoring in automobile manufacturing and assembly technology to go to the factory for internship and investigation.

Changsha has a solid industrial base. Heavy industries include auto factories such as Zoomlion, Sany Heavy Industry and He Shan Intelligent, as well as SAIC Volkswagen, BYD, GAC Mitsubishi, GAC Fick, Changfeng Cheetah and Zotye Automobile. Because we are an industrial school, the school has close ties with various automobile manufacturers in Changsha. After all, many employees in these factories came in from our school, so as students majoring in automobile, we were lucky enough to visit some automobile factories before graduation.

First of all, let me talk about my feelings when I visited BYD. At first, I entered the factory exhibition hall, which introduced the development history and models of BYD. There are many BYD cars in it. After listening to the staff's explanation, I feel BYD is very good. Then I visited BYD's stamping workshop, where automation is not high, and many punching machines are delivered manually. The vehicles on the assembly line are not moving fast, and the speed of building cars is not high. I visited the stamping workshop and assembly workshop of BYD factory, and the overall feeling was good.

Visiting Zotye Automobile Factory gave me a bad impression. Zotye was famous at that time, because it had the title of Gemstone Thai, but in the factory in Changsha, it was a new energy vehicle, that is, a small hatchback, which seemed more expensive. When we visited the workshop, the workers were free to operate. In some places, the assembly lines are pushed by workers, with extremely low degree of automation and poor working environment. This is the knowledge of our classmates. At that time, the senior told us that it was best not to come to Zotye for an internship.

When visiting Changfeng Cheetah Factory, we first approached the headquarters of Cheetah. The receptionist explained to us that the cheetah developed by going up a flight of stairs after leaving Mitsubishi. The Cheetah CS 10, which was listed at that time, sold well and was the new hope of Cheetah, so we had a good impression of Cheetah at that time. But now, cheetahs are on the verge of bankruptcy. Changfeng Cheetah headquarters has no automobile factory, but there is an engine factory in the backyard. When I went in to visit, I found that the assembly line machine inside was very old, so I only produced engines in small batches. Later, a new assembly line was added, and some of my classmates also practiced there, but the yield of engines was not high.

When I was about to graduate, SAIC Volkswagen came to our school to recruit, and I signed up and was admitted successfully, but I didn't want to be assigned to the body workshop, that is, the welding workshop, to engage in vehicle welding. Although welding is a part of automobile manufacturing, I also practiced welding for a week, but I really don't want to weld, but I am a hooligan. After internship and formal work, that is, after work, I worked for more than a year and only admired Volkswagen Factory (compare BYD, Zotye and Cheetah).

Although I have worked in SAIC- Volkswagen body workshop for a long time, I have contact with all four workshops. Because Changsha factory mainly manufactures Volkswagen LaVida, it needs to manufacture more than 65,438+0,000 vehicles every day, and the pace is very fast. SAIC Volkswagen Changsha factory can be offline in 58 seconds. The reason why it is so fast is because of the high degree of automation. The factory claims that the degree of automation is over 80%, and there are more than 700 KUKA robots in the body workshop. I was shocked the first day I entered the SAIC Volkswagen workshop. Because of the high degree of automation, it is very different from BYD, Zotye and Cheetah I mentioned before. Later, I learned that the Changsha factory of SAIC Volkswagen was the most advanced factory in the world at that time, and because of this, I only admired the Volkswagen factory.
