Can China Bank American Express Card be bound to Alipay?

Zhongyintong Payment Card is a debit card jointly issued by Shanghai Yintong Electronic Payment Service Co., Ltd. and Bank of China. The card can be used for withdrawal, inquiry, transfer and POS consumption at all ATMs with UnionPay logo at home and abroad, and online payment can be made overseas. Alipay is a third-party payment platform on the Internet, and China bank cards cannot be bound to Alipay. Alipay cooperates with major banks to support the binding of bank debit cards, credit cards or other supported payment methods, while BOC cards are not within the binding scope supported by Alipay.
