Other considerations:

After passing the examination, it will be publicized for a period of time, including name, gender, date of birth, admission ticket number, graduation school, major, academic degree, other basic information of myself required by the recruitment position, total examination score, ranking and recruitment conditions of the position, and the supervision report telephone number will be published to accept social supervision and reporting. The time and place of submitting the following materials shall be notified by Southwest Medical University to those who have no objection.

1. On-the-job personnel should provide the written materials issued by the original unit agreeing to re-apply (upon confirmation by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the on-the-job personnel will formally agree to terminate the employment contract or agree to the mobility according to regulations) or valid written proof materials such as valid labor (personnel) dispute arbitration awards, and valid graduation certificates and degree certificates.

2. Laid-off workers should provide a re-employment concession card or unemployment certificate issued by the county-level labor and social security department where their registered permanent residence is located, a valid diploma and degree certificate, and a file management certificate issued by an effective personnel file management institution.

After being approved by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the school, the relevant materials of the personnel to be hired will be summarized and reported to the Education Department of Sichuan Province. The Sichuan Provincial Department of Education determines the personnel to be employed according to the relevant regulations and the personnel materials submitted by universities.
