A pub is also a kind of bar, and minors are not allowed to enter. Eye-catching signs should be placed to indicate that minors are not allowed to enter.

Article 58 of the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that operators shall not allow minors to enter places that are not suitable for minors' activities, such as commercial song and dance entertainment places, bars, and Internet service places.

The Notice on Regulating the Operation and Management of Bars, Bars, KTV, Internet Service Places, E-sports Hotels, Hostels, Housing Leasing and other Industrial Places (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) jointly issued by the Beihu Branch of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau, the Beihu District Cultural Tourism Radio, Film and Television Sports Bureau and the Beihu District Market Supervision Administration clearly stipulates that bars and bars shall not operate entertainment places beyond the scope. Bars, bars, KTV, Internet service places and other industrial places should set up signs prohibiting or restricting minors from entering in a prominent position. If it is difficult to determine whether they are minors, they should be required to show their identity documents.

Teenagers' alcohol-related crime is a new type of crime with the development of bar industry in recent two or three years. Procuratorial organs have found out that a series of alcohol-related crimes committed by minors after drinking in bars with alcohol, light and music as criminal incentives have started a prairie fire. If we don't pay attention to it from the beginning, it will become more and more serious, which will bring serious harm to the physical and mental health of minors and the normal order of society.

The problem of juvenile bar-related crimes involves many departments and strong supervision, which requires joint law enforcement. Nanshan Public Security Bureau will rectify the problem of minors' "low threshold" entering bars, realize active management, strengthen the popularization of law among bar employees, implement security linkage, formulate industry management norms, carry out special treatment on entertainment venues, and innovate ways to prevent and protect minors' healthy growth.
