In order to further deepen the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving service", serve economic and social development, and ensure safe, orderly and smooth road traffic, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of our city, we decided to optimize and adjust the road truck traffic management measures in shishi city. The notice is as follows:

First, limit road sections, time periods and vehicle types

(1) Restricted road section: the urban road section within the central city, that is, the West Ring Road-South Ring Road-Xuefu Road-Gangkou Avenue-North Ring Road closed area, excluding the above five roads.

(2) Time limit: from 7: 00 to 23: 00 every day, medium-sized (inclusive) and above trucks are prohibited from entering the above sections.

(3) Restricted vehicles: medium-sized (inclusive) or above trucks. Among them, fire fighting, emergency rescue, traffic rescue vehicles, municipal administration, gardens, sanitation, electric vehicles and new energy trucks (except heavy trucks and dangerous goods transport vehicles) are not subject to traffic restrictions.

Second, the specific vehicle traffic measures

(a) pickup trucks and new energy trucks (except heavy trucks and dangerous goods transport vehicles) are not allowed to pass in the above sections.

(two) the passage of dangerous goods transport vehicles, engineering transport vehicles and other key vehicles shall be implemented in accordance with other relevant regulations.

Three. This notice shall come into force on February 1 day, 2023 and shall be valid until February 1 day, 2033 and February 3 1 day, 2033. In violation of the provisions of this notice, the public security traffic management department shall investigate and deal with it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on road traffic management.
