I don’t know what you mean by how. Generally speaking, among the eight towns in Chengyang District, the economy is on the lower side. There is indeed a Haitian Restaurant (next to Chengyang No. 3 Middle School). This restaurant is considered good in Shangma. I have eaten there. The meals were quite clean and hygienic several times. I haven't inquired about the waiter's salary, but I guess it's around 1,000 at most based on the economic environment.
