New North & Salon's Comments on Nursery Rhymes: New Concepts and Tools of Breastfeeding

On the afternoon of August 26th, the second Mother-infant Salon held by Xinbei and Nursery Rhyme in Wuxi Xingyue Center was successfully held.

The theme of this activity is "New Ideas and New Tools for Breastfeeding". Rainy, the chief prenatal consultant of Nursery Rhyme, and Bobo, the breast-feeding tutor of Xinbei, shared how to breastfeed better and more easily from the aspects of breastfeeding theory, correct methods and auxiliary tools. The atmosphere at the event was very active. Many mothers shared their breastfeeding experiences and put forward many difficulties in breastfeeding, which were professionally answered by two teachers.

New feeding concept-Kangaroo mother care

Teacher Rainy, a senior midwife with 20 years of clinical midwifery experience at home and abroad, analyzed in detail the basic principles of how to open and chase milk quickly from the aspects of breast structure, lactation mechanism and connection posture. Four common breastfeeding postures were demonstrated on the spot.

In particular, the "Kangaroo Mother Care" method makes mothers realize the importance of early skin contact with their parents. Many treasure moms at the scene have picked up their mobile phones to take pictures. After all, there are too many knowledge points, which are the secrets of raising a baby!

At the activity site, Bobo, a lactation coach from Xinbei, introduced the common breastfeeding tools: breast pump, milk storage bag, suet cream, hands-free bra and so on. And shared his breastfeeding experience. By using the breast pump correctly, he perfectly avoided common problems such as milk blockage and mastitis.

In the questioning session, every mother asked her doubts about breastfeeding. For example, what should I do if my baby breastfeeds for too long at a time? What about nipple depression? How to judge whether the baby is really full?

Every mother's speech at the scene made people feel the gentleness and strength of their mothers, and mothers are trying to insist on breastfeeding. Xinbei also prepared a breastfeeding assistance package for the mothers present, which surprised the mothers.
